Please perform the following tests to narrow down the issue.  


1. Does the skipping happen when you are streaming music from a service such as Spotify or Pandora over WiFi?

  • Yes, see question 2.
  • No, see the other questions to see if they apply.  Otherwise send an email to support@blumoo.com


2. Does the skipping happen when you turn WiFi off and play a song stored on the phone?


3. Is your Blumoo placed near your router or other wireless device? 
  • Yes, move your Blumoo to a different location (or the other device) to see if this corrects the issue.
  • No, There may be some interference coming from another device, try to move Blumoo to see if this helps.
