What if I can't find my brand or model in the database? Print

Our database is extensive so most devices are already included by default. If you can't find a code set for your device we recommend that you point Blumoo right at it while testing the code set.


If you still can't find a code set OR you don't see your brand listed – send a request to ‘support@blumoo.com’ and we can typically add devices in 72 hours or less.


Make sure to include the BRAND, MODEL and any other information we need to add the codes.
