If your device doesn't seem to be connecting to Blumoo:

Make sure that you have Bluetooth on
- Make sure the Blumoo HomeBase LED is red
- Close the app and reopen it
- If the app doesn't connect automatically, press the icon in the bottom right and select your Blumoo
- If you still have problems, turn Bluetooth off/on via your phone
- Last, power cycle your Blumoo unit
We find that connection issues are rare, but please contact us if you ever have any issues via support@blumoo.com.
